Review: Customer service was great. Tech was on time and did a great job installing the water system. Cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions I had.The water is much softer and taste much better then the city water. Review: If you are looking for a company to re-plaster your pool, stay away from this company. The build of additional features went smoothly, but after the re-plaster, the company never came back to check on pool and help brush and now the plaster is badly stained. When Richard finally called back he said to keep pH very low and brush everyday. They did nothing. I had 2 other remodel companies look at my pool and both said that the start up after plastering was not performed properly. Neither could believe that this company never came back and checked pool chemistry and brushed the pool. Stay away from these people! I wish I had read the reviews. They don't deserve a 1 star.

Review: Completed 30K pool remodel, said I needed a drain from pool deck to carry off rainwater to a sump pump,said ok. sump pump has never worked so i now have an in ground mosquito breeding area. now has stopped returning my calls. big promises to get the job and his money. poor followup, came up with thousands of extras I "had to have" after initial bid. Stay away!

Review: The absolute worst. Started a project November 2017, could never have them come out more than 1x/2weeks. Project quality a disaster, excuses like blaming the customer. They lose all their contractors, which says enough right there. My project is a disaster, had to hire another company to take over. Rip off, tiles fall off pool after 3 months, no response, totally ignored. If you want to find the worst people in the metroplex, and waste ALL of your money, contact this company.
