Review: Thus far the entire process has been nothing short of superior customer service.Michael Morgan's initial Sweetwater products overview / presentation was beyond excellent; well organized, detailed, and comprehensive to the extent that it provided us with all the critical products information we needed to make a sound decision to move forward with this home improvement project. Michael was focused and prompt, without ever being overbearing or pushing us to a hasty decision; his interest was solely in giving us what we needed to know for such an important purchase. His responses to all our concerns were candid and straightforward, to include the clear financial as well as health benefits to be gained. His complete professionalism and demonstrated integrity earned our trust and significantly contributed to our desire to move forward with this investment.During products delivery and installation Michael Williams and his crew, Paul, and Isaiah, were superb. They were ready and prepared beyond all our expectations. These gentlemen were skilled professionals who readily demonstrated a sincere commitment and dedication to superior customer service and exceeded excellence in everything associated with installing our Sweetwater system. Michael thoroughly explained what had to be done, how it would be done, to include sound recommendations and advice, and then his team did it to perfection. It was very much appreciated that one of his main concerns was to not only place the system into operation, but also to ensure it was done with a total respect for completing the job and leaving our home in the same condition it was when they arrived; you could not even tell work had been done when all was complete. Michael and his team were extremely precise, detailed, proficient, and thorough; everything anyone can ever ask for in completing such a project.I am confident that what remains to be done, will be done so, at the same high standards that have been demonstrated thus far.
