Installation is available within the Greater Houston metropolitan area.

Scheduling

Typical installation timeframe is 3–7 business days from payment confirmation, depending on availability.

Homeowner Responsibilities

Prior to installation, the homeowner must:

  • Provide clear access to installation area

  • Ensure working electrical outlet is available

  • Ensure plumbing is accessible and in serviceable condition

  • Be present or provide authorized access

Rescheduling / Access Issues

If installation cannot proceed due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or homeowner unavailability, a $150 rescheduling fee may apply.

Subcontracted Licensed Installers

Installations are performed by licensed plumbing professionals subcontracted by Houston Water Systems.
