Scheduling
Typical installation timeframe is 3–7 business days from payment confirmation, depending on availability.
Homeowner Responsibilities
Prior to installation, the homeowner must:

Provide clear access to installation area

Ensure working electrical outlet is available

Ensure plumbing is accessible and in serviceable condition

Be present or provide authorized access
Rescheduling / Access Issues
If installation cannot proceed due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or homeowner unavailability, a $150 rescheduling fee may apply.
Subcontracted Licensed Installers
Installations are performed by licensed plumbing professionals subcontracted by Houston Water Systems.
