Our systems are designed for low maintenance operation.

Salt Refills

For softener systems, maintaining proper salt levels is the homeowner’s responsibility.

Failure to maintain salt levels may affect system performance and void certain warranty protections.

Service Visits

Non-warranty service visits are subject to a $149 service fee, which includes diagnostic review and system inspection.

Additional labor or replacement parts, if required, will be quoted separately.

Media Replacement

Filtration media typically lasts 5–7 years depending on usage and water conditions. Replacement service is available at standard service rates.
